Rafal Brzoska, the President of the Board

The founder, co-owner and the President of the Board of Integer.pl Group consisting of 8 subsidiaries, including the Integer.pl listed on WSE; the companies that he has developed from the very beginning. His entrepreneurial skills have allowed him to develop the Capital Group from scratch, currently valued at PLN 680m.

In that period, he established nationwide network of addressed and unaddressed mail, securing Integer's the position of the leader on the marketing materials distribution market in Poland. On the other hand, InPost operating for over five years is an effective competitor of monopolistic Poczta Polska, and easyPack by InPost – a service launched and implemented onto the Polish market by Rafał Brzoska, in just 2 years has gained the position of the second largest network of the round-the-clock service to send and collect parcels.

Rafal Brzoska is an experienced manager, specializing in emerging markets with high growth potential. Between 1999 and 2001 he was a trade director, co-owner and a manager of SENIORNET S.C., a company providing IT solutions. Since 1999 a proxy and co-owner of Integer s.c. Since July 2001, Rafal Brzoska has been also a Member of the Board of Integer Sp. z o.o., which has been operating as Integer.pl since 2002, and since April 12th, 2006 Rafal Brzoska acts as the President of the Board of InPost. In 2007, Rafal Brzoska created Integer.pl SA, which has been introduced to the WSE listing on October 30th, 2007.

Rafał Brzoska is a specialist in development and implementation of sale strategy as well as creation new business development opportunities. Apart from managerial functions, he is also responsible for gaining key business partners and business contracts, and building a long term development strategy, based on innovative technologies and custom business solutions.

Leadership skills and innovative business approach of the Integer.pl Group's CEO were confirmed by the 9th position in the ranking of the “50 most creative in business” by Brief in 2011. Newsweek ranked Rafał Brzoska one of nine “Polish Business Tigers 2010”, and the Manager of the Year title awarded in the Laury Magellana 2008 contest, organized by the Alumni Association of Cracow University of Economics. Moreover, he was a finalist of the prestigious Ernst&Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 rating, which placed it among ten best entrepreneurs in Poland.

Ponadto, zajął finałową pozycję w prestiżowym rankingu Ernst&Young - Przedsiębiorca Roku 2008. Wynik ten powtórzył w 2011 roku, dostając się do grona 10 najlepszych przedsiębiorców w Polsce.

The graduate of Management and Marketing at Cracow University of Economics; he spends free time reading about financial markets and stock exchange analysis, he also travels. Diving and extreme sports are his passions.
